Emoji Strike privacy policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Emoji Strike is a game for Android phones and iPhone, made by MIDDLEPOINT SOLUTIONS S.L. ("MiddlePoint", "we"). This policy explains what the game does with information. In short: the game collects nothing about you.
- We never ask for your name, email address, age or anything else about you.
- There are no ads, no account and no tracking.
- Your scores and progress are saved only on your phone.
- When you share a result, you choose where it goes. We never see it.
What the game keeps on your phone
To remember your game, Emoji Strike saves a few things in its own private storage on your phone:
- your best scores;
- how far you are in Classic and in Training;
- your settings: sound and volume, hints, the keyboard you play on, its number of columns, and the skin tone you picked for hands and people.
None of this is sent to us. When you uninstall the game, your phone deletes it. If your phone backs up its apps (Android's backup, iCloud, or a backup on a computer), that backup includes your progress, so it can come back on a new phone. Those backups belong to your Google or Apple account, and we can't see them.
What the game sends over the internet
Only one thing. When it starts, the game downloads a small settings file from our website, middlepoint.io, so we can adjust things like how fast the emoji fall without making you update the app. The download carries no information about you or your phone: no name, no ID, no location. If it fails, the game plays with the settings it already has.
Like every download, it reaches our website from your phone's internet address (IP address). Our web host uses that address only to send the file back and to protect the site from abuse. We don't keep it, we don't combine it with anything, and we don't use it to tell who you are.
Nothing else leaves your phone. The game has no analytics, no advertising, and no crash reporting of its own.
Google Play and the App Store give us statistics about the game, such as how many people installed it, and crash reports from phones whose owners have chosen to share them with app makers. They reach us without names or contact details. Google and Apple handle this under their own privacy policies.
Sharing a result
The share button writes a short text: the game's name, your score or stars, and a few emoji from the round. It then opens your phone's own share menu, where you pick an app, or cancel. The text never contains your name or anything you typed, and the game sends it nowhere by itself.
Buying the game
Emoji Strike comes from Google Play or the App Store, and they handle any payment. We don't receive your name or your payment details. There is nothing to buy inside the game.
Children
Emoji Strike is made for players aged 13 and over. Younger children may still play it, for example on a parent's phone. Because the game collects no personal information, it collects none from children either. It has no chat and no way to contact other players.
Parents and guardians: if you have a question about your child and Emoji Strike, write to us at hello@middlepoint.io.
Your rights
Because we hold no information about you, there is nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. You can still write to us with any question, and you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, https://www.aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
If the game ever starts doing something new with information, we will update this page and the date above before that version of the game comes out.
