This website sets no cookies, has no analytics and no trackers, and loads nothing from anyone else’s servers.
Contact form
When you write to us with the form on this website, it sends us your name, your email, your message and the time you sent it, by email. Nothing else: not your IP address, not your browser, and no cookies.
- Who receives it: MIDDLEPOINT SOLUTIONS S.L., the company above.
- Why: only to read your message and answer you. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell it or give it to anyone for their own use. The legal basis is your request, and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us (GDPR, article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- How it reaches us: Cloudflare, which hosts this website, sends your message to our mailbox as an email. The website itself doesn’t store it.
- Who handles it for us: Cloudflare, which sends the email, and our email provider, which holds our mailbox. Both act on our behalf only.
- How long: we keep the email in our mailbox for as long as we need it to answer you, and then delete it. Sooner if you ask.
- Your rights: write to hello@middlepoint.io to see, correct or delete what we have about you. You can also complain to Spain’s data protection authority, the AEPD.
